Jay Swishes Premieres Clever New Music Video “Good Company”

Originally from Ontario, the New York native rapper Jay Swishes has been gaining a lot of attention. He started off the year with a bang on his track “Red”, which is currently almost at 130,000 plays on Spotify alone. The musician then followed up with his latest hit song “Good Company”. The artist just premiered the music video too, which shows him partying in an old-school luxury vehicle with some girls. The video was directed by Nimi Hendrix.

Swishes apparently gets the island roots from his parents, as they are from Grenada in the Caribbean. He was also influenced musically by his parents, as his dad was a former DJ and mom was a lead singer of a gospel choir! I personally really enjoyed the release and found “Good Company” to be refreshing and enthusiastic. The rapper demonstrates his true artistic talents with this exciting Brooklyn, Caribbean-influenced music.
